4 Arrangements of (100) 10"x10" Panels, Plastisol Screen Print on Found Wood
For this piece, I developed a simple system to produce a complex reconfiguration of a skull using cyan, magenta, yellow and black screen print ink (CMYK). Three collections on one wall follow the system, while the fourth collection, on its own wall, does not.
The skull is a heavy symbol, often associated with things to be afraid of. The skull is also part every human body. Why might we innately fear something that serves to protect our mind? Something we all share?
